I hope everybody has a good Christmas and all the best wishes for the new year! The new year is going to start great as Belle Fleur de Vallee de l'Enchanteur (Belle) is confirmed pregnant. Puppies of Belle and Ty are expected around the 15th of January.

At the moment Avatar's Try Try Again is still the number one Bernese Mountain Dog of Canada and nobody is going to beat that this year. He is in 7th place in the working group and with only one show to go this year he will probably keep this position. For more information go to the website of Best Dog in Canada.

What an incredible weekend we had! Avatar's Try Try Again wins Best in Show on 3 consecutive days at the Caledon Kennel Club show in Mississauga. After winning Best in Show on Friday and Saturday Ty made history by winning Best in Show again on the Sunday. Three back-to-back All-breed Best in Show wins in one weekend! Never before did a Bernese Mountain Dog in Canada achieved these results. It gave him a spot in the 'BMD firsts in Canada' on the website of the Bernese Mountain Club canada.

After this weekend Ty is the number one Bernese Mountain Dog of Canada in the working group. He did this with limited showing in the year 2008 as he just started in August of this year in the Canadian showring. And the year is not over yet! Below the BIS pictures of all three days.

Belle Fleur de Vallee de l'Enchanteur (Belle) is bred with Avatar's Try Try Again (Ty). If Belle is pregnant puppies are expected around mid January 2009. We will keep you updated.

Ty had also a great weekend at the show in Grand Rapids MI. He took all 3 days BOB (40 entries and a breeder judge) and got better and better in the group. Friday a 3rd place, Saturday a 2nd place and finally on Sunday he was placed 1st in the group!

What a day, Avatar's Try Try Again (Ty) wins the Specialty of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Ontario! On top of that he won that same day Best in Show in the All Breed show of the Pine Ridge Kennel Club in Port Hope!

Our girl Avatar's Villairn I've got you (Babe) won Best of Opposite Sex at the Specialty and if that wasn't enough Labernese Livin Lavida Loca (Ricky) took the ribbon home for best veteran!
